Mix white vinegar with warm water or use a product like 409.  Use a non-abrasive cloth or a soft scrub pad to gently wipe the plate. If you find any residue, wrap a rubber spatula in a cloth, reapply the cleaner, and press hard to scrub that particular area. Place an old T-shirt or a blank sheet of paper under the area you are cleaning. This way, you can catch any drips and keep your workspace clean. Check the temperature and pressure displayed on the heat press machine. Preheat the fabric for about 5-10 seconds to dry it and remove wrinkles. Follow the peel instructions- some films are hot peel, which means you need to remove them right away. Others are cold peel, which requires the film to cool fully before removal.
